Week 19: Guatemala November 9-15


 

Hey everyone!                                                                                     November 15, 2021

 

I'm recovering still from my fall lol. My hand and wrist still hurt pretty bad but it's ok! I'm getting better. I'm still in Paraiso in Vegas but in a different apartment (yay no more roommates!) and with two new companions, Hermana Jacob (she came out with me) and Hermana Church (she's been out a year). It's been hard adjusting to a trio. In some ways it's great, in some ways it's really hard. 

 

I also got the go ahead to start my visa for Guatemala! The whole process shouldn't take too long and I think I'll be there by January. The only problem is we still don't have have car and it's not easy to rely on others for a ride. I'm so terrified and so excited!

 

I'm the best Spanish speaker by far out of the 3 of us (I promise I'm not bragging). It's weird going from being in training to the one doing most of the talking... I actually really like it because I get to just share my testimony all the time. I know the church is true! The book of Mormon is true! Jesus lives and He loves all of us. I love being a missionary. 

 

I'm gonna keep this short because my hand still can't type sooooo... love you all!

Week 60: September 1-7, 2022 I know this church is Christ's Church

  Helloooo!                                                                                         September 7, 2022   This week was super eventful. The boys that were baptized last Wednesday were confirmed in church on Sunday. It was so sweet to see them in their white shirt and tie.
