Week 23: December 7-13, 2021 Crazy Week



 Hey Everyone                                                                                       December 13, 2021

This has been such week. We had some of our busiest days on Tuesday and Wednesday. We got so much work done and had so many amazing lessons. Thursday We got a phone call from President Rodarte, my mission president, telling me I was going to be emergency transferred because a sister was leaving for Uruguay, her original assignment. I had 5 hours to pack up and leave. 

I was able to say goodbye to a few of my favorite people in Paraíso but it just didn't feel like enough time. I've really grown to love it there. 

But I'm now in Desert Bloom (Spanish branch) and Serene (English family ward). It's seriously so amazing here. The teaching pool is strong and progressing, unlike my last two areas. My companion is Sister Jackson. She's super cool! We were also made Sister Training Leaders today which neither of us has been before so it'll be interesting 😭🤣😅 please pray for us haha!

Not gonna lie though, it was hard leaving Paraiso. The day after I left, they put 3 people on date! Which is so so so happy but it was hard not being a part of actually putting them on date.

I'm super excited for my new area and for my new companion. Hopefully one of these transfers things will stay the same for me.

Week 60: September 1-7, 2022 I know this church is Christ's Church

  Helloooo!                                                                                         September 7, 2022   This week was super eventful. The boys that were baptized last Wednesday were confirmed in church on Sunday. It was so sweet to see them in their white shirt and tie. One of them bore their testimony and at the end said so powerfully, "I know this church is Christ's church." It touched my heart so much to hear that.  We had a bad rainstorm on Monday.
