Week 59: August 25-31, 2022 John 13:34 Go Read It
You guys, im sorry, this email is short because i just cannot remember my weeks anymore. It was a good week though.
This week was awesome and
exhausting. We had four exchanges (dont recommend that many in one week
) and mannnnn these sisters
are so amazing. I love getting to know so many different people.
We had a baptism this week, Antoni and Lester! It was so amazing. I feel like they are my little brothers and i just love them so much. It almost made me cry seeing them dressed in their white jumpers. I’ve seen how much the desiciones children make influence their families so much. These boys are so amazing and i know they are going to go on to do great things. They just can’t wait to go to the temple.
I read something this week that i want to share with all of you. "El amor nunca se le debe retirar a una persona que falla en vivir de acuerdo a nuestras expectativas." Which means "we should never stop loving someone because they don’t live up to our expectations or live our standards. God never said love thy neighbor, but you don’t have to if they break the commandments. It just says love thy neighbor. I feel I’ve had the opportunity to love so many wonderful people on my mission. People are very different from me. But each of us have one thing in common, we are children of God. And He sent His Son to suffer and die for each of us. So please, remember that when someone does something contrary to your standards. Remember we are not here to judge but to love each of the children of God. Each of us has a battle we are fighting and we all just need more Christlike love.
I love you allllllll so much!! And I know our Father in Heaven loves you the mostest and the bestest.
